How do I create a Main Conference Event?
A Master Course File for this conference must be completed and approved before you can move on to create a Main Conference Event or Sessions.
Click “Add New Working Copy Class/Event” from the Classes/Events page.
Start by selecting “Conference (Main)” from the Conference drop-down menu located in the Event Information panel.
Next, select the GPSTC Code associated with your conference event.
Then, click “Yes” on the pop-up message.
Lastly, you will fill out the required (*) information for your main conference event and submit it for approval. It is important to note that the dates you select for the main conference event should be the dates for the entire conference.
