How do I create a Conference Session?

A Master Course File for this conference must be completed and approved before you can move on to create a Main Conference Event or Sessions.

 

 

  1. Click “Add New Working Copy Class/Event” from the Classes/Events page.

  2. Start by selecting “Session (of Conference)” from the Conference drop-down menu located in the Event Information panel.

  3. Next, select the Conference Event associated with your Session.
    Then, click “Yes” on the pop-up message.

  1. Lastly, you will fill out the required (*) information for your Session and submit it for approval. This includes adding the Course Hours and the unique Event Name to reflect what the Session should be called.
