How do I add someone as an instructor in the system?

  1. Begin by searching for the student profile.







  2. Choose a Field Name from the drop box to search for the student.







  3. Once you locate the correct student, click their information to continue.






  4. From their student profile, expand the “Instructor/Coordinator Information” block.







  5. Choose the Instructor Type and then click “Save Instructor.”







  6. Click “View/Add Signatures” to upload the instructor’s signature, if needed.
