Troubleshooting Online Course Issues
If you are experiencing issues with your GPSTC online course, please follow these steps. (You can click on the image to download for future reference.)
- Ensure that you are using an up-to-date browser to access your courses. Mozilla Firefox is the recommended browser for GPSTC Online Learning. Internet Explorer is not recommended, as it is not compatible with our systems.
- Set your browser to allow pop-ups for our site.
- In Firefox:
- Click thein the top right corner of your browser screen.
- Selecting 'Options'.
- Click on 'Privacy & Security on the left.
- On the right, scroll down to the 'Permissions' section.
- Click the 'Exceptions...' button.
- Enter https://onlinelearning.gpstc.org in the address field.
- Click 'Allow'.
- Click 'Save Changes'.
- In Firefox:
- Use a stable internet connection. Mobile hotspots are not recommended, as the strength of signal can vary and prevent course information from being sent properly.
- If you are using an agency computer, the course or course components may be blocked by an agency firewall. This issue is most common with embedded YouTube videos. You will need to contact your agency's IT department.
