How do I access the Inmate Database?
The information used is for example purposes only.
Log in to your GPSTC Dashboard.
From your Dashboard you should see the “Applications” block.
Click the “Inmate Database System” link.You will notice several options to choose from on this main page.
To add an inmate to the system, click “Add Inmate” on the main page.
Input the inmate’s information into the fields provided and then click Save.
To view a list of details that did not report for a specific calendar date, click “Details Not Reported” on the main page.
Choose the specific calendar date you wish to view and click “Submit.”
To input your detail’s attendance information, click “Daily Check” on the main page.
Select a reporting date then choose a detail from the drop-down menu. Click “Submit.”
Review the list of inmates for accuracy. If you need to, you have the ability to add an inmate by clicking “Add Inmate.”
Now, click the box next to each inmates name to indicate if they were present for that date. You can also edit their times and/or reason for leaving that day.
There is an additional field to include any notes as needed.Once the information has been updated, click “Save Report.”
To search for an inmate in the system, click “Inmate” on the main page.
You can search by Inmate Number, Name, Status, or Detail Number. Then click “Search.”
To search for a detail in the system, click “Detail” on the main page.
You can search by Detail Number, Description, Location, or Supervisor. Then click “Search.”
There are several reports found on the main page that can be utilized as well.
