  1. Under the “Classes/Events” tab, click on the “Mass Event Field Update” link.

  2. Search for a class like you normally would. For example, Course Number, GPSTC Code, Org Number and/or Funding Source. Results will appear at the bottom of the page.

  3. Each of your search results has a checkbox to the left. Select all classes that you would like to include in the mass field update.

  4. Now you can use the fields above the class results to mass update any criteria you choose. For example, to update the Coordinator for all classes selected, simply use the Coordinator drop-down menu to select the name you would like to update it to, then click “Change Coordinator for Selected Classes” button.
