My online class did not save my progress.
You cannot start an online course in one month and finish it in the next month. A typical online course runs from the first day of the month to the last day of the month. While you are not required to complete the entire online class in one sitting, you must complete it by the last day of the class. If you are unable to complete all course requirements by the end date, you will have to re-register and take the entire course again.
If you are still within the same month's offering of the course and it is not saving your progress, please submit a help request. Please include your name and student ID, the name of the course, and the module you are having issues with.
