How do I make a Master Course File available to Field Training Requests?

 

  1. Begin by searching and opening the Master Course File you want to edit.

  2. From the Master Course File, click the “Calendar Information” panel to expand it.

  3. Scroll to the bottom of this panel to select the availability status for field training and to add email addresses for notification purposes. Click Save to update the changes.

  4. Now your course name will show on the drop-down menu on the Field Training Request to select.
