How do I receive or enter a quantity for an asset?

  1. Log in to your GPSTC Dashboard.






  2. From your Dashboard you should see the “Applications” block.
    Click the “Asset Management System” link.







  3. Choose which division you want to edit from the drop-down menu.







  4. Click the “Receive Asset” link in the “Asset Management” block.







  5. Do a search for the asset by clicking the green “SEARCH” button.
    Click the asset name at the bottom.







  6. Click the “Receive Asset” button in the Asset Details section.







  7. Choose a location for the asset, quantity, and details and click the “CREATE” button.








  8. You should now see the asset quantity updated.
