How do I add a new asset into the system?

  1. Log in to your GPSTC Dashboard.






  2. From your Dashboard you should see the “Applications” block.
    Click the “Asset Management System” link.







  3. Choose which division you want to edit from the drop-down menu.








  4. Click the “Add New Asset” link in the “Asset Management” block.








  5. Complete the requested information in each field (the quantity will be 0 when initially adding the asset). Click the green save button to move on.







  6. Your asset has been successfully added when you see the green “Save Successful!” bar at the top of the screen.
