Creating a new master course file is no longer available via Event Manager in GPSTC Access. However, all previous submissions can be found and edited now via Event Manager will be phased out soon. When it is finished being phased out, you may only create new master course files through Agency Portal.

Log in to Agency Portal (Same as GPSTC Access/Event Manager)
On your Dashboard, you will notice the “Courses” block.
Click “Create New Master Course Files” in this block.
From the Working Copy, you will fill in the required information before Saving like normal.
