Creating a new event request is no longer available via Event Manager in GPSTC Access. However, all previous requests can be found and edited now via Event Manager will be phased out soon. When it is finished being phased out, you may only create event requests through Agency Portal.

Log in to Agency Portal (Same as GPSTC Access/Event Manager)
On your Dashboard, you will notice the “Events” block.
Click “Create New Event Request” in this block.
From the Working Copy, you will fill in the required information before Saving then Submitting for Approval like normal.
